Contract Type: Full Time, Term Time Only, 37 Hours per week, 36 weeks per year, Fixed Term until 12/07/2019

We are currently recruiting for an administrator to join our tutorial management team here at South Devon College.  You will work with the team to enrich the student experience by coordinating activities and events such as societies, parties, charity events, Fresher’s Fairs and the promotion of NUS cards and Duke of Edinburgh awards.  You will be responsible for responding to enquiries and supporting the coordination of participation, registration and fee payment, as well as supporting marketing events, including Open Events and awards ceremonies, across South Devon College campuses. 

The successful candidate will need to hold a level 3 qualification and have GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.  You will need evidence of continued professional development and experience of working with members of the public.  We are looking for someone who is responsive and proactive with a friendly, welcoming disposition, who has the ability to travel between College campus sites as required.
