Palliative Care Nurse Associate (Band 6)

£31,439 – £37,753

Permanent, 22.5 hours per week

Location: Southport, Merseyside

We are looking to recruit a Band 6 Palliative Care Nurse Associate to support the Band 7 Palliative Care Nurse Specialists. This is an exciting opportunity and we envisage the role will continue to develop over time.

The Palliative Care Nurse Associate will work across hospital and eventually, community settings. The role includes weekend working. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic nurse who can demonstrate their commitment to good palliative and end of life care and who are keen to learn and to progress. They will be supported to develop their skills and progress in their academic development.

Some experience in Palliative and End of Life Care is essential although support and mentoring is a key part of this exciting role.
