This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR Department of one of the largest co-educational boarding and day schools in the UK. In this newly created role, the HR Officer will assist with the running and development of the HR function and provide support to the Senior Leadership & Management Team. Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Officer will work closely with HR team members, the Principal and Deputy Principal, the Executive Assistant, the PA to the Principal and the Payroll Officer. The HR Officer will also deputise for the Head of HR in their absence.
New Hall provides the opportunity to work in a stunning, Grade I listed historic setting. This is a fast-paced, varied and rewarding environment, working with a staff of around 320.
