SENIOR HR ADVISER
Salary: £29,409 to £31,714 per annum
Location: Cannington Campus
To work as part of the HR team at Bridgwater & Taunton College supporting our 1400+ employees. We aim to provide an innovative, pro-active and quality HR service across a diverse range of provision to multi-campuses ensuring that the College supports its staff to deliver high quality teaching, learning and assessment.
People are at the core of everything we do, and ensuring we recruit, retain and develop the best people supports our learners and service users, while making the College a productive and rewarding place to have a career.
You will provide professional HR advice, guidance and support to managers focusing mainly to our Cannington Campus.
The post holder may have the opportunity to line manage an HR Officer and/or an HR Administrator.
