Do you want to work with a sixth form college who has had results above the national average for the past 25 years?
Full time 37 hours per week all year round on a temporary contract covering Maternity leave until approximately August 2021 with a salary of GBP19,918 per annum
We are looking for a well-qualified HR professional to assist the Director of Human Resources in a range of activities such as employee relations, conditions of employment, recruitment, payroll, pensions, data protection and safeguarding.
The candidate must hold at least a Level 3 CIPD Human Resources qualification or equivalent. The candidate will have excellent working knowledge and understanding of Employment Law and case management. Experience in managing payroll will be a distinct advantage.
The College reserves the right to interview early if a suitable candidate applies.
The successful candidates will be required to possess an enhanced DBS certificate to be employed at the College.
