Energy Assessor
Location: Kent
Salary: up to GBP45,000

Penguin Recruitment are pleased to announce they are working with a multi-disciplinary construction and surveying consultancy on their journey to find a highly skilled and experienced Energy Assessor to join their team.
Based in Kent, this employer is looking for someone to deliver SAP/SBEM calculations, EPCs for domestic and non-domestic dwellings.
The role:
Assisting in the growth of the energy/sustainability team and services
Supporting the Sustainability Director in delivering SAP/SBEM calculations and EPCs
Providing advice on reducing energy, CO2 emissions and construction costs
Entering data into energy assessment software
Preparation of U-Value calculations
Undertaking energy assessments
Analysing construction specifications and drawings
You will need:
Basic CAD skills
Be an accredited OCDEA (On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor)
Clean and full UK driving licence and vehicle
Excellent communication skills
Good team player
Driven to succeed and expand their career
