Hours either 08:30 -17:00 or 09:00 - 17:30

An awesome opportunity has arisen with a small customer services team for someone to join them to deliver outstanding customer service and support with administration tasks.

The role will include:

- Liaising by telephone to customers & clients

- Confirming and arranging deliveries to customers

- Resolving customer queries and complaints

- Supporting the team with a varied range of administrative tasks

- Processing orders on Sage

Candidates must have:

- Proven customer service & administrative experience

- Excellent MS Excel knowledge

- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels

- The ability to work well in a team environment and the ability to use own initiative

- Knowledge of Sage an advantage not essential
