We are currently recruiting a Fleet Administrator for one of the largest Utility companies in the West Midlands. It is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, customer driven transport fleet team
Fleet Administrator - Role objective:
As a Fleet Administrator you will enjoy a varied and fast paced administration role where you will add value to the stakeholders every day.
The administration team manage a range of activities including fuel, accident management, workshop support, month-end, compliance and capital programmes.
Fleet Administrator - Key accountabilities:
Interacting with the internal workshops, suppliers, colleagues and customers to deliver a 5/5 customer service
Raising purchase order numbers for invoices from our external suppliers
Providing Management Information reporting on a monthly basis
Production of reports and data to monitor and improve performance and active participation in supporting other fleet administration activities and the wider Transport team.
Fleet Administrator - Experience:
Essential
Experience working in a busy administration environment
Experience following processes and working with a high accuracy
Experience working directly with customers
Fleet Administrator - Qualifications / Skills:
Good computer & IT skills
Ability to travel may be required as part of the role so will need own car, business insurance and current valid driving licence.
Fleet Administrator - Additional Information:
Pay rate: GBP10.31/hr
Location: Coventry
Duration: ASAP - 7th February 2020
