The Company:
We are currently searching for an experienced Development Coordinator, for our client a highly successful housing developer that has experienced steady growth and has established themselves as a leading name in the Residential market. Their projects are all based in the Leeds area, making this a great opportunity for an individual in the area looking for a local opportunity. We are looking for a passionate individual with a strong track record in delivering exceptional projects on time and on budget.
The successful candidate will work as part of our Client's Development team, who's responsibilities are as follows:
Control the flow of design related information to both internal & external stakeholders.
To co-ordinate design teams and specialist subcontractors during the delivery phase of a project.
Assist where required the Development Co-ordinator (Pre-Delivery) with the preparation of tender design packages.
To develop & maintain a Pre-Construction Programme, driving the release of compliant designs to meet agreed timescales.
Ensure innovative cost-effective solutions are adopted where possible.
Review technical advice as necessary to the delivery team throughout the delivery phase of the project.
Manage design interface between packages.
Produce weekly/monthly design reports for both contract reviews and client meetings.Skills & Experience Required:
HNC in Construction or equivalent (Min. 2 years post qualification experience)
Ideally member of ACIAT, ACIOB, RMAPS.
A good technical ability in all forms of Construction aspects.
Good IT ability with knowledge of CAD/BIM, Asta, Microsoft Office suite.Applications
