Reporting into the HR Manager you will be working within a growing food manufacturing business based in Yorkshire - This is a superb opportunity to really be mentored and developed with a genuine scope for progression. .
HR Advisor responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process of management and office professionals; conducting interviews and advising managers where required
Manage HR projects assigned by the HRM, in line with company and departmental objectives
Provide generalist HR support and advise all managers on matters such as grievance, discipline, absence management, maternity, paternity, flexible working etc.
Offer coaching with investigation, discipline, grievance and counselling meetings in a timely manner
Working on key business projects and initiatives
With guidance, ensure the reward and recognition policies and practices meet the needs of the customer groups and are implemented in a fair and equal fashion
Requirements:
Have experience in a HR generalist position for at least 2 years ideally within manufacturing
Hold their CIPD Level 5 qualification, or studying towards
Ideally have experience in a fast moving consumer goods or manufacturing environment
Have a high level of communication skills (both written & verbal) with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
Have a dynamic and flexible approach, as well as the ability to work under pressure
