Rate of Pay: GBP11.45 p/h
Working Hours are Monday to Friday 6am to 1.45pm and 2.15pm to 10pm rotating
Immediate Start
We are recruiting for Imports & Exports Administrator to work for a manufacturing company based in Stafford Park, Telford.
As an Administrator you will need to have:
Excellent excel skills
Minimum 6 months experience of raising commercial invoices for imports & exports
Understanding of shipping licenses
Experience of working with high value stock
Experience of working in the manufacturing/warehousing/logistics or customs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience of dealing with vendors
Ability to work unsupervisedDetails:
Rate of Pay: GBP11.45 p/h

Temporary ongoing assignmentRole of an Administrator:
Raises commercial Invoices for imports & exports
Ensures appropriate licensing is used for shipments
Interfaces with internal and external customers, foreign order administration, freight forwarders, customs officers and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistics of shipments
Selects carrier / forwarder for shipment of products and prepares documents for freight forwarders
Maintains files and records data as required for the business and audit purposes
Helps maintain ISO documentation for area
