Role Overview:
We're currently recruiting for a suitably qualified HR Advisor to join our HR team at our Recipe Dish site in Grimsby. As a member of the HR team you will deliver an effective customer focused HR support and advisory service to Managers and Employees, including but not exclusive to Recruitment, Disciplinary and Grievance, Performance Management, Payroll and Training & Development.
You will be the first point of contact for HR queries - ensuring all matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company requirements. You will provide day to day HR advice and support to the Managers and employees at site and work in partnership with line managers on performance management, employee relations, resourcing and staff management/development. You will support our site HR Manager and take an active role in all on-site employee relations activities, including grievance & disciplinary cases, appeals, Employee Forum's, Coffee Shops, Site Briefings. You will also support our HR Manager and site SLT with employee engagement initiatives e.g. Employee Survey, Wellbeing Week, Food Events. You will provide a streamlined, efficient and professional HR administration to support the business, including the provision of KPI information, routine HR processes etc. You will also be required to be main point of contact at site for all production related recruitment and non-production recruitment up to and including Specialist Manager under the 2SFG Grading Structure.
We are open to explore Part-Time options for a suitably qualified, experienced HR Advisor.
About you:
* Fully CIPD qualified - Essential
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Good knowledge of employment law
* Experience of working with and advising managers
* First class IT and communications skills (Word, Excel & databases)
* Must be able to actively listen and have the ability to question/challenge when appropriate
* Excellent time management and organisational skills with attention to detail
* Discretion and sensitivity in dealing with employee / data
* Team orientated
