We’re now looking for a Technician Engineer to join our hard-working team in Irvine and support the creation and delivery of our market-leading systems.

The Role

As a Technician Engineer, you will be tasked with the manufacture, installation and servicing of electronic displays including LED signs, LCD displays and AV units.

Joining a small, skilled team, you will spend the majority of your time building and servicing products within our office/workshop environment. You will also have the chance to get out and about, visiting customers and completing servicing/installations at their premises.

Specifically, you will:

- Assemble and test products and systems, primarily LED signage, within the factory
- Ensure the build quality of products complies with H&S guidelines
- Maintain, service and upgrade signage
- Read circuit diagrams and fault find using a multi-meter
- Communicate internally and with customers in a clear, concise manner

About You

To join us as a Technician Engineer, you’ll need:

- Practical skills and experience within electronic engineering of wiring, soldering and fault finding at component level. Further skills within mechanical engineering, to include drilling, grinding, fabrication and general assembly techniques
- Experience of writing efficient manufacturing and electrical documentation
- Educated to HNC / HND level within an engineering discipline such as mechanical production, electrical or electronic engineering
- Proficient IT skills with experience of using Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel
- A full, clean and valid driving licence
