Experienced caretaker required for a brand new residential development in Fleet.Initially the role will be 20 hours per week (4 hours during the mornings Monday to Friday) although in the long term this role will lead to full time 40 hours per week.
Duties will include keeping the common parts clean and tidy at all times, inspecting the development for any maintenance or health and safety issues and then reporting them to the Property Manager, face to face interaction with residents and providing excellent customer service and communication, dealing with complaints, litter picking, taking the communal refuse containers out for Council collection, changing lightbulbs and conducting minor basic maintenance duties, monitoring security, being flexible in your approach to any other additional duties as directed by the management.
The successful candidate will have a solid proven track record working alone unsupervised in a position of responsibility.Must be able to demonstrate initiative and work well under pressure by multitasking effectively.Other duties will include fire alarm tests, emergency light tests, lift emergency telephone line tests, very basic repairs...... click apply for full job details
