Call Centre Team Leader Plymouth
JOB TITLE: Call Centre Team Leader
LOCATION: Plymouth
SALARY: GBP12.97 per hour/ GBP27,051 per annum
HOURS: Full time, shifts ranging between 8am - 11pm including weekend work. Four week rota Pattern.
Office Angels Exeter are currently recruiting for an exciting position to join a large and growing healthcare organisation in Plymouth as a Call Centre Team Leader. This could be either a temporary to permanent position or straight to a permanent role.
The main purpose of your role will be to operationally lead and support a team of 111 Health Adviser's, Service Adviser's and Clinical Adviser's, to ensure the provision of a high quality, safe and accessible service to patients.
Key duties will include:
Providing line management support to members of staff including annual appraisals, development plans and regular one to one's
Liaising with Human Resources/Recruitment team to assist in the selection and interview process for new staff
Working with the Rota/Workforce Team, ensure that staffing levels are maintained to appropriate levels
Ensuring that front line staff receive appropriate training, support and feedback to enable them to deliver an effective and safe service
Working in partnership with key stakeholders to meet all Targets and KPI's
Supervising all front line staff including monitoring of performance, quality and consistency of working practices including compliance
Contributing towards the investigation of complaints where necessary and feeding back to relevant staff members
Undertaking Return to Work interviews in line with organisational policy
Contributing to weekly updates to ensure effective communication to staff
Support the audit process giving feedback to staff as appropriate including undertaking 'live audits' on shiftYour role will be to provide leadership and development to all front line staff therefore the successful candidate must be passionate, ambitious and have the ability to work and lead in a team environment.
To be successful in this role you must have experience as a Team Leader within a call centre. Experience working within a medical background would be an advantage.
