My client is an award winning tech firm, trusted within their marketplace - providing unrivalled digital transformation solutions.

Due to expansion the require a Marketing Manager on a permanent basis.

Duties will include:

* Plan and execute all marketing, including digital channels be it SEO/SEM as well as press articles, email and display advertising campaigns;

* Be an expert on delivering connected & engaging experiences across marketing channels;

* Own and regularly update and maintain company websites including content inline with the Group's overall brand strategy and in order to increase and develop the online presence of the range of products and services;

* Manage PPC and SEO activity on all Group websites including keyword research and optimisation;

* Design, build and maintain the Group's Social Media presence to support wider marketing strategy and build meaningful connections;

* Measure and report performance weekly and monthly on all marketing activities in particular digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and optimise customer journey and revenue growth and positive brand impact;

* Ensure the marketing plan is as supportive and enhances the Group's revenue growth;

* Continuously monitor and improve customer engagement and brand awareness by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices and act on the information as appropriate;

* Work with sales and marketing team to monitor activities and recognise campaign opportunities as well as produce whitepapers, news articles, win stories and case studies - promote these via the most appropriate channel (website and/or social media);

* Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all these activities, adjust as appropriate and report on these - the end goal being the net increase in pipeline of opportunities and ultimately sales;

* Produce effective writing and editing for the web, design and site management;

* Regularly review and analyse the competitive and other relevant factors in play within the Group's chosen sectors and produce summary reports and recommended course of action;

* Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests leveraging automation tools and expertise with proactive personalisation data driven results;

* Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points;

* Instrument conversion points and optimise user funnels.

* Sole role but in time develop a team of Marketing Executives and Lead Generation Professionals;

* Own and manage Group exhibitions/events (Internal/External);

* Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with the senior management team;

* Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

To be considered you will need:

* Experience within a tech/software company

* Experience with both putting together and executing a marketing strategy

* Strong digital and content marketing skills

* Excellent social media knowledge - paid and organic
