Our client is part of a leading Social Housing Provider in the Wyre Forest District and

Our client is looking for two Stock Condition Surveyors to join their Asset Management Team to manage the renewal and collection of stock data from the Group’s c6,000 homes.
You will undertake stock condition surveys and will be responsible for managing all
aspects of stock condition information ensuring that asset management data and the
asset management database is correctly and timely updated following surveys. You will be able to assist in interpreting and analysing stock condition data and make recommendations relating to investment plans and programmes, including identifying
specific problems and / or trends and suggest improvements to develop the service and
achieve better value for money.
You will have a minimum of 3 years stock condition surveying experience and a
demonstrable knowledge and experience of building construction and design. You
will also have excellent communication skills and be able to plan and manage own
workload to achieve deadlines.
You will hold a formal construction related qualification and ideally membership of a
relevant construction design or surveying related professional body – such as RICS,
RIBA, etc – or demonstrable experience and ability to attain such membership.
We are offering 39 hours per week (full-time) with the opportunity to work flexibly,
securing the right person for the role is essential.
*Starting salary £38,286. Subject to satisfactory performance in this role, incremental
progression may be available on a two-yearly basis. Currently the top of this grade is
£42,874.
