Our client is part of a leading Social Housing Provider in the Wyre Forest District and surrounding areas, and they pride themselves on delivery of Customer Satisfaction.

Our client delivers commercial contracts for external clients and the profits generated are returned to the Group to support deliver of services to their tenants.  
 
They are looking for a motivational Business Growth Manager to lead the sustainable expansion of their fire door and pvc-u window manufacturing and fitting services.  Our client believes that there are market opportunities to build on their existing client base and deliver these services to many more organisations and need the right person to turn this belief into reality.
 
You will proactively manage and deliver business growth and development for the Group’s joinery and PVC-u manufacturing services, including fire doors, windows, and bespoke joinery.  You will provide market insight, sector good practice and other support to enable the Group to continually develop and improve these services.
 
Thinking strategically and seeing the bigger picture is essential to grow the services to achieve a sustained and strong reputational foundation.
 
You will have demonstrable experience in delivering successful business development and growth in the joinery and / or PVC-u manufacturing sector.  Conversely, you may have transferable skills and experience that can demonstrate that you are “the right person”.
 
You must have a keen commercial approach and demonstrate business acumen and ability to manage budgets, sales figures, and customer order details.
 
Formal relevant qualification whilst desirable is not necessarily an essential prerequisite.  Proven experience, aptitude and ability are essential to lead the business growth and development.   
 
Our client is offering 39 hours per week (full-time) with the opportunity to work flexibly, securing the right person for the role is essential.
 
*Package incl. of 5% car allowance. Starting salary £44,864. Subject to satisfactory performance in this role, incremental progression may be available on a two-yearly basis. Currently the top of this grade is £49,660.
