We're Mind, the mental health charity. We won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect. We provide advice and support to empower anybody experiencing a mental health problem and we campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
The network of local Minds provides services to more than 400,000 people per year and is one of the major third sector providers of mental health services across England and Wales. It is a diverse network, with huge variety in size, outlook, skills and interests. Many local Minds are community hubs: their local roots and knowledge ensure we have an impact that is much wider and deeper than other service providers.
Mind has strategic goals to extend the network's coverage and reach across England and Wales and strengthen its collective impact and influence. By helping to build a stronger, larger network, the Networks Unit, in the Networks and Communities Department, helps to achieve Mind's mission that everyone with a mental health problem gets both support and respect. The Network Data Senior Officer will be based in this unit and will report to the Head of Network Operations. You will be expected to work closely with key teams in the department and across Mind and with colleagues in the local Mind network to provide them with the data and intelligence they need to make the most of the network's talents and resources in achieving Mind's mission.
