Northallerton (home based on a temporary basis)
£22,637 per annum pro rata
Hours: Part Time (30.6 hours per week)
4 days per week covering between 8am-6pm
Contract: Permanent

Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Contact Centre Advisor to join their team in assisting their customers through their multi channel support system.

They rely on their people to make the biggest impact on their communities. If you enjoy variety and working with customers to ensure they receive a great customer experience, then you're right for them.

They are looking for a positive and proactive team player with previous experience in customer advice to make this role a success. You will help their customers with queries relating to repairs, rent enquiries, ASB complaints and sales to name a few. As you will be the first point of contact for their customers you will be responsible for providing a friendly and professional service to everyone that you speak to.

The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and will be a proficient user of IT systems. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to deal with contentious situations as they arise.
