Join their business to be part of a team that is transforming the way they work and use technology to help their people and customers engage with them in an easier and more meaningful way.

As part of modernising their business and preparing for the future, they are under-taking several critical projects in the area of corporate IT and data services. These include cloud migration, network & telephony refresh, agile working, colleague experience, data and integration.

As a Solutions Specialist you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing and improving a range of corporate IT solutions and infrastructure that underpin the success of the business. You’ll be a key player in their overall IT team, which sits within the Business Change portfolio.

They’re looking for someone with technical experience designing, implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 services, with a particular focus on Teams-led Office 365 environments, SharePoint deployment and migration, and Teams/telephony convergence. They’re also looking for someone who can work with and coach their colleagues in the business to make the most of their Microsoft 365 experience, especially the use of Teams and SharePoint. They’d be delighted if you have experience or familiarity with contact centre service integration, the Microsoft Power platform, Microsoft data platform, or Microsoft Azure more widely.

You’ll have delivery experience contributing to and supporting these functional activities:
Solution design, and general procurement activities
Project planning, task tracking and progress reporting
Technical leadership within mixed-discipline teams combining subject matter experts and practitioners, project management and technical functions
Delivering change in a lightweight ITIL-type environment
Identifying technical and business opportunities within the Microsoft platform
Taking the Microsoft platform technologies and getting business value from them, working with business users to take them on the digital journey

You’ll work closely with colleagues in the wider IT and Business Change teams, and across the organisation, through a period of significant change. You’ll be able to embrace a demanding workload, working to agreed high standards and responding to changing priorities effectively.

They’re heavily investing in great people across their IT and business change teams, so this is a great time to join. This is a challenging but rewarding role where you’ll really see the difference you make to people’s lives every day. They’re supportive, flexible and rightly proud of their work. They’re also really excited about the future. You’ll get a brilliant benefits package and so much support and guidance. So, join them now and see the difference you can make in their great city.

If this sounds like you then apply today, they’d love to hear from you.
