Murray Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Billing Administrator for a permanent part time position based within central Glasgow.
Reporting to the Admin Manager ans supporting the Service Managers you will be responsible for delivering maintenance billing to support the service teams in meeting weekly/monthly targets.
Main duties include:
Raise and process all service invoicing daily, prepare paperwork and send to customers
Review all maintenance calls and invoice parts accordingly
Raise key customer service/maintenance invoicing in agreed structure on a weekly/monthly basis and liaise with customer for approval
Raise weekly Invoicing figures and submit to Management Team
Manage billing from subcontractors for reactive and maintenance
Carry out Monthly audit to ensure closing month is accurate
Deal with any discrepancies to resolution
Support Service Managers and Supervisors to ensure financial targets are met
Liaise with Service Team leader / Service Managers on any issues with parts or call logging process
All associated administration
Experience/Skills
Excellent IT skills. (Excel, Adobe Pro, Service Management Systems)
Knowledge of working with Siclops/Opera/Pegasus preferred but not essential
Team player
Responsible, level headed, and proactive attitude
Ability to meet evolving customer expectations
Attention to detail and organised
Able to work using own initiative
Working hours are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday: 9am - 5pm.
