About the role 
They are now recruiting for a permanent full time Landscaper/Fencer to ensure properties are repaired and maintained to a high standard. You will be responsible for carrying out repairs, improvements, surveys and measurements efficiently and economically in accordance with current working practices and all related health and safety legislation and good practice.

Within the role you will undertake a range of planned, void or maintenance works, repairing or replacing items to maintain properties to a high standard, in line with the role skills framework.

You will be required to complete works in conjunction with all health and safety procedures, policies and legislation and work to deliver objectives and achieve behaviour competencies while working in a professional, respectful and courteous manner.

 

About you 
It is essential that you are qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ2 level in Landscaping, groundworks, or a Building related trade, or able to demonstrate equivalent trade experience.

You must have the ability to undertake a range of planned and responsive maintenance works, repairing, replacing and maintaining properties to a high standard and undertake a range of routine and planned domestic maintenance repairs including: Paving, Groundworks, Landscaping, Planting, and Fencing, both wooden and chain link, including decoration.

You will also be required to ensure the safe and proper use of all mechanical and non-mechanical plant and equipment under their direct control.

You must have respect for safety and cleanliness of the workplace and be able to maintain tools and equipment in good working order and report faults.
 
It is essential that you have strong time and workload management skills and excellent standards of personal organisation.
 
A full UK driving licence is required for this role due to the travel required.
