Fixed Term Maternity Cover until November 2021 (or upon the return of the post holder)

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who will join us as a Skills Coach in Business Administration, Team Leading & Customer Service sectors, delivering training, assessment and quality assurance to our learners.

Within the role you will recruit, induct, train, review, assess, monitor and track learners working within Business Administration, Team Leading & Customer Service sectors. Contributing to the delivery, assessment and evaluation of Apprenticeship programmes, you will coach learners to achieve skills, behaviours and knowledge to pass their Apprenticeship to a distinction level wherever possible.

Candidates need to have a relevant Level 3 qualification, coupled with an Assessor qualification TAQA A1. Substantial experience in Business Administration, Team Leading or Customer Service is also required.
