Excellent Facilities Management & Technical Services provider predominantly hard services covering the UK
This position is static based in a prison environment Your new role
Carry out preventative maintenance
Carry out reactive maintenance works
Confident dealing with day to day issues on site ensure your work is carried out efficiently and effectively
Types of work includes repairing/replacing: Taps, radiators, plant room, pumps, water heaters, heating
Must be able to be organised and source materials when required.
Work Mon- Fri 39 hour week
You will also be required to be on a call out rota What you'll need to succeed
NVQ/C&G Mechanical/Plumbing qualifications Previous
Experience within the FM industry
Must live within a 45 min commute of Woking What you need to do now
