Production Manager
Our client is a successful and growing home delivery business who has seen considerable growth this year and due to anticipated further growth they are now looking for a Production Manager to join their team.
Reporting in to the Managing Director, the role will be to lead and develop an efficient picking and packing operation in line with the site plan and the business KPIs. Within this role you will have responsibilities for a number of Production Team Leaders ensuring that the product is produced and despatched on time and at the right cost.
You will already have production management experience within a fast paced environment with passion and enthusiasm to drive the improvement of the unit. The role will be to achieve better cost effectiveness, productivity and quality whilst developing the team to perform and grow in their roles. You will be forward thinking and yet be prepared to lead from the front when required.
It is essential that you have a positive outlook, with a can-do attitude and good communication and relationship building skills. You will be ambitious and willing to develop.
