We are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Executive to provide day to day customer and administrative support to a well-established Company. To succeed in this role you must be highly organised and really good at providing excellent customer service to customers. You will be speaking with clients on a daily basis and entering details onto the system and booking appointments.
This role could potentially be up to 3 weeks and paying GBP9 per hour and working 40 hours a week, more hours are available
As the Customer Service Executive you will be:
Coordinating calls with customers and Engineers
Providing high quality customer service
Listening to customers' needs and entering them onto the system
Diary Management
Maintaining and updating customer records
As the Customer Service Executive you will have:
Experience in a similar role
Great IT skills
Experience in handling a large number of calls
Good accuracy and typing skills
Great attention to detail and a team player
