Sales Advisor
If you love dealing with customers, we have just the job for you as a Sales Advisor in Matlock, Derbyshire.
This role is offered on a permanent basis, working 40 hours, Monday-Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm or 8.30am - 5.30pm plus alternate Saturday mornings from 8am - 12pm. This will be given as time in lieu.
About the role
Your main duties as a sales advisor will involve:
*
serving customers over the trade counter face to face, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
*
processing sales orders
*
providing quotes to customers and chasing them up
*
dealing with phone and e-mail enquiries that come in
*
working in the warehouse, picking and packing orders and putting stock away
About you
Being able to demonstrate your outstanding customer service skills is paramount to enable you to meet our customers expectations every time, therefore previous customer service is essential for the role. Any knowledge in the plumbing and heating industry would be advantageous.
A full UK driving licence is essential for making deliveries or picking stock up from other branches.
