Payroll Manager & HR Assistant
A leading security company based in Cardiff City centre are seeking a Payroll Manager. This privately owned business, in it's 20th year, has a rewarding and inclusive culture.
The office environment is fast paced and offers flexibility. You will be encouraged to contribute to the wider development of the business and offer ideas for improvement.
The role has some HR duties and can be part time or full time depending on experience and developmental wishes of the successful candidate. There is an option to learn new knowledge and skills based around compliance within the Security Industry.
Payroll Manager duties:
- Inputting new starters onto payroll system.
- Processing HMRC notifications.
- Processing four weekly and monthly payroll runs.
- Managing Auto Enrolment requirements including uploading pension reports to relevant pension providers.
- Checking payroll for accuracy.
- Distributing relevant reports
- Issuing documents for employess including payslips & P45s
- Dealing with payroll queries
- Submitting information to HMRC in a timely manner including FPS and EPS.
