Security Systems Manager required for a medium sized well-established, successful Security Systems installer which has continuously grown.


The role will be suited to a candidate with managerial experience within an office environment and have experience dealing with both customers and staff.


The position is working underneath the current Directors and in conjunction with the technical managers and you will take responsibility in helping to run the business day to day. The role will involve overseeing all aspects of customer service, internal and external communication as well as office management.


Duties will include;


  • Dealing with customers and engineers on a daily basis.
  • General Management of the office and staff.
  • Receiving and processing orders and ensuring that work is completed and invoiced within a timely manner.
  • To be responsible for diary management ensuring that adequate cover across all departments is maintained.
  • A great all-round team player, with a can do attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • To be able to motivate staff to deliver outstanding service levels at all times.
  • Diary scheduling - to book in Security Systems installations, minor works, upgrades, corrective visits and maintenance visits.
  • Receive and print supplier invoices, match with delivery notes, authorise for payment.
