Nexus People are looking for HGV Class 1 drivers in Bridgwater, to work for one of the UK's leading logistics and parcel distribution companies. Please note - you must have a current HGV CLASS 1 Driving Licence to be eligible for this role.
What does working as a Class 1 Driver entail?
- Driving an HGV under a Class 1 licence.
- Clean Trunking working with the UK's leading parcel delivery brand in Bridgwater
- Vehicle Maintenance Checks
- Route and delivery paperwork completion
- No handballing required
- Clean work
- Depot to Depot
Shift times & working hours for a Class 1 Driver
- Immediate Starts
- On-going full-time shifts (minimum 40 hours a week)
- Various shifts available
- Full and Part-Time roles available

What do we need from you to be a Class 1 Driver?
- Full HGV Class 1 driving licence (C+E)
- 12 months experience driving commercially required
- 90 days tacho recorded driving in the last 180 days
- We will accept up to 6 points on your licence, but no DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements
- Digi Tachograph Card
- DCPC Card
- Completion of a full corporate driving assessment
