Kinetic recruitment are looking for a Quality Control Analyst for a leading horticulture company based in Ellesmere Port.
This role is temporary leading to permanent after a probationary period
Working a rotating shift pattern of Mornings and Afternoons
Pay rates are GBP9.33 - GBP10.21 rising after 12 weeks to GBP10.25 - GBP11.13
This is a very much hands on manual role that will involve checking weights, PH testing, checking moisture balance, inputting data.
You will also need a strong understanding of soils, agriculture and growing media is desirable.
Competent using Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
Strong Communications skills and keen attention to detail required.
A "can do" work ethic with excellent problem-solving skills.
Able to work unsupervised as well as in a team.
