12-18 month Fixed term contract with the view to go permanent

iO associates are working on an exciting opportunity for a Lead Data Analyst to join an established and forward-thinking Insurance company based in Cardiff

They are looking for someone who is looking for that next step up and the chance to be given more responsibility. You need to be self-driven, suggest new ideas, innovate, and drive the company forward. You will be working on the analysis of the data in the current process, producing reports and insights to influence how the future company strategy is shaped.

They offer amazing support and allocate 4 hours a week for everyone in the company to focus on training and up-skilling so that you can fully progress your career. Plus, you will be working with an extremely talented team, sharing knowledge and ideas. If you have previous experience mentoring junior members of the team, that would be super beneficial as well!

Essential

• Experience with SQL or SAS
• Have a passion for Data visualisation, tableau is preferable but any will do
• Experience working with large data sets

The company are still business as usual and are all set up to do interviews remotely via video link, once successful they will get all the equipment you need shipped to your home so that you can start as soon as possible!

As expected, everything is fully remote at the moment (interview, onboarding, working etc) and the company currently have no plans to return on-site, so it will be fully remote for the foreseeable.
