Junior SEO Marketing Executive – Outreach | UK Search Awards' Finalists 2020
Bicester, Oxford – Remote / Office Split
£18,000 – £20,000 (dependent on experience)

The Opportunity:

The Junior Outreach Executive role requires no outreach or link building experience, however we are looking for an individual that has shown initiative to learn SEO and Digital Marketing, potentially by taken online exams (think Google Qualifications) and learning from the plethora of online resources (namely our own SEO training course on this very website).

We will provide full training on SEO Outreach best practices and expect you to immerse yourself in the world of SEO from day one. You will be tasked with building links and promoting our portfolio of clients online using a variety of our tried and tested ‘Evergreen’ outreach techniques.

Our Outreach roles are a foot in the door to a fast-growing SEO agency. You will be expected to be focus solely on outreach/link building for a minimum of 12 months.

Any individual that excels in this role in their first 12 months, will be given the opportunity to learn all other areas of SEO such as technical SEO, strategic SEO planning, content marketing, digital PR and lots more.

All of our roles are fast-paced, client-facing and require an ability to think on your feet, react to opportunities and most importantly find angles to gain links for multiple client accounts.

We’re looking for an ambitious, proactive and super-organised individual, who can work to tight deadlines and be a natural at building relationships with clients, journalists, bloggers, website owners and our in-house marketing team.

Our Junior Outreach Executive will:

+ Be able to demonstrate and prove their willingness to learn and develop their knowledge in SEO (having taken exams and swotted up on industry blogs/websites)
+ Develop a killer-instinct for spotting and delivering links across any industry
+ Develop vast experience of working with, delivering and gaining coverage from website owners, bloggers and journalists, specifically from tier one, regional, trade and business press
+ Develop proven methods for building links on quality, niche relevant websites across multiple industries
+ Be highly creative and able to spot ideas, angles and opportunities with content and story-telling
+ Develop vast experience using media databases
+ Have a basic understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console
+ Have a basic understanding of SEO and PR
+ Be customer-oriented, with excellent communication skills
+ Be able to multi-task with good organisational skills
+ Be proactive and innovative on behalf of our agency and clients
