HGV Class 1 Driver, Swadlincote, 15.00 p/h
StaffCo Direct are looking for experienced HGV Class 1 drivers to work for our independent haulier in Swadlincote. As a C+E Driver for this client you will be undertaking various trunking roles on a curtain sided vehicle. No handballing at all.
You must be able to commit to working various start times between 02:00am - 22:00pm, as a HGV Class 1 driver you can expect to earn between GBP14.00 - GBP15.00 p/h. There is a flat rate in place, Monday - Sunday - AM & PM.
The Role:
- Trailer swaps
- Mainly RDC work
- No Handballing
- Multiple start times available
- Flexible days
- Occasional hand-balling
Rate: GBP15.00 p/h
Minimum 8 hours paid
What we are looking for:
- HGV class 1 driver.
- Current and Valid CPC and DIGI TACHO.
- No more than 6 penalty points (no IN DR or DD codes).
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the UK road network.
- Hardworking.
- Good Timekeeping.
- Customer care focused.
- Well presented.
