We are currently recruiting for Picker Packer roles to join a well established company within the Automotive Industry based in Measham (DE12 7DS). Ensuring that quality standards are met throughout the role will involve:

Requirements of a Picker Packer:

• Be able to work as part of a team
• Be able to keep up with production schedules
• Be quality focused
• Have good timekeeping and attendance

Details:

• GBP8.83 per hour, nights rising to GBP10.45 per hour after 12 worked weeks service
• The working hours are 40 hours per Monday to Friday (Night Sunday to Thursday)
• Three shift rotation (AM's, Nights, PM's)
• Location: Measham
• Duration: Ongoing

Role of a Picker Packer:

• Building car bumpers for a prestigious name
• Ensuring that the right spec bumper is made
• Ensuring that the bumper meets the exacting quality standards
• Working as part of a team to ensure targets are met
