Desktop Support Engineer
You will be accountable for the day to day administration of End User Compute, including incidents from the Service Desk/Applications Team along with monitoring and supporting the existing end-user computer-related technologies.
- Monitor the End User Compute systems across the firm
- Manage of corporate End User Compute infrastructure, including Citrix, SCCM, Airwatch
- Monitor Citrix environment and other related systems to assure quality, performance and very high levels of availability
- Monitor and troubleshoot End User Compute endpoint issues eg Anti Virus, Azure AD
