Qlikview BI Developer

Reporting to the Head of Business Intelligence, the Qlikview BI Developer will be required to build out a new suite of Qlikview dashboards to increase the visibility of performance across all of the key business units within our Fuel Card Services business. Please note this vacancy is a fixed term contract initially for 4 months.

Key responsibilities

  • Work alongside the BI Reporting Team to develop a number of Qlikview dashboards, ensuring they are consistent in their look, feel and content across the suite.
  • Liasing with the BI Analysis Team to ensure their key insights are made visible within the appropriate dashboards.
  • Highlight, develop and validate key data points required for production to ensure they are surfaced in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all dashboards are built in accordance with key governance practices and documented for a full handover to the BI Reporting Team.

Requirements

  • A proven track record in developing and deploying a series of Qlikview dashboards within a commercial environment.
  • A thorough understanding of Qlikview and wider data practices to ensure the appropriate delivery method is chosen.
  • Extensive experience using Qlikview within fast paced commercial environments, split between multiple sights or virtually.
  • Experience of understanding the 'why behind the what' has been asked to be delivered, to ensure dashboards answer critical business asks.
