We are now recruiting for a full time, permanent Stock Administrator at our Haverhill site!
- Salary: GBP pa
- Shift: 4 on 4 off days
The role holder will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Investigating claims.
Checking empty locations.
Responding to incidents within 24 hours and 3 hours when urgent.
Reclassifications.
Checking incoming and missing pallets
Managing and reporting sample activity.
Checking outside warehouses on a daily basis.
Maintaining administration and warehouse discrepancies and downloading
Multiline transactions.
Inventory movement downloads.
Ensuring ISO requirements are fully satisfied.
Allocation of booking slots according to the warehouse plan and provision of booking references to hauliers
Timely and accurate completion of Goods In schedule with client's specification
Creation and modification of pre advise documents for inbound loads and returned stock
Processing of documentation on vehicle arrival and departure
Checking of goods receipt notes against pre advise and delivery note
Compilation of Goods In statistics
Circulation of Goods In reports
Investigate source of returned product
Process cross docked load / paperwork
Creation of Goods In non-conformance reports
Maintenance of Goods In files, archiving and housekeeping
Manage and process customer Proof of Delivery
Competence Requirements:
Competent in verbal and numerical reasoning.
Attention to detail/ accurate.
Confident in analysing and acting on data.
PC Literate (Excel/ Word or equivalent).
Ideally have working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
Deals with changes in priority and can prioritise a number of activities and remain effective.
Effective communicator who continuously demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
