What you'll do

Leading the care team during your shifts, you will make certain that we fully meet residents' medical, physical and emotional requirements. Ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework, you will mentor and motivate colleagues, champion residents' safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement, whilst acting as Named Nurse for your own portfolio of service users.

Where you'll work

We're close to the shops and amenities of the Suffolk town, and within easy distance of Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket and Ely. We're very central for friends and family visiting from all over East Anglia and beyond.

We're also lucky enough to be located just a few streets away from the edge of the beautiful Thetford Forest Park - making our location perfect for short trips out.
