Architect
Project Architect required to join a coveted Leeds City Centre Practice to support the project delivery of a new build mental healthcare facility.
We are collaborating with a forward thinking major Design Practice that retains a presence as one of West Yorkshire's most influential and design-led firms, boasting a successive record of perfectly executed commissions within the Healthcare, Residential, Commercial and Leisure sectors. The business has defied the pandemic, they have been fortunate to not have to rely on the furlough support scheme and are now continuing their ambitions growth plans and are expanding once again.
Charged with an expanding and unfolding collection of current and future projects to initiate, they have a role available for an individual who possess strong design flair, a technically astute mind and an exceptional eye for detail. Personality wise they require someone who loves their job and comes to work with a smile on their face! Based from their central Leeds location this would suit perfectly a well-rounded Architect with around 2-5 years' experience, ideally you will have had some exposure to the Healthcare sector (although this is by no means essential) and you will be a confident designer passionate about creating outstanding Architecture. The specific project you will be working on is about to commence on site and is a new build GBP20m specialist mental health facility in West Yorkshire.
REVIT is the software of choice within the practice, so a good working knowledge and a proficiency in this software is fundamental. Solid understanding of UK building regulations is essential and experience across the RIBA technical delivery stages through to client handover is also desirable
This is an outstanding opportunity to develop and enhance your skills within an exceptional Practice. Our client are a financially strong and a resourceful organisation, they invest heavily in their staff and are consistently voted one of the best Employers to work for, this allows them to attract and retain exceptionally talented staff who are ensured continual professional development.
