Job Title: Customer Service Representative - 9th November 2020 - March 31st 2021
Salary: GBP8.73 ph for first 12 weeks, GBP9.30ph thereafter
Location: Haywards Heath
Hours: Monday - Friday, shifts between 8am and 6pm

We are thrilled to be working with one of our long-term clients, based locally to Haywards Heath train station in their search for temporary Customer Service Representatives. They are currently seeking confident, enthusiastic and driven individuals to join their Customer Service team for a short-term project from Monday 9th November 2020 until 31st March 2021.
The role will consist of 1-2 days initial office-based training, and then will become a work-from-home position until teams are able to return to the office safely. It is therefore highly desirable that you have your own laptop with Windows 10 as well as a reliable internet connection. You will be provided with the software and a headset to enable you do the role effectively.
The role is full time and the Company operate over the Christmas period, but will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and weekends.
The core duties include but are not limited to:
Answering all incoming queries from customers based in Ireland regarding parcel deliveries
Taking down information regarding the customer and order
Submitting information via a form onto a relevant department for investigation
Updating central inhouse systems
Key skills required:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Punctual and reliable
Polite, friendly and enthusiastic
Accurate with an eye for details
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Organised and methodical
