Prestige Nursing + Care are looking for experienced and confident Healthcare Workers to join us - we are in a very exciting position with work available for a variety of healthcare settings!

We have a very HIGH demand to cover shifts in residential, nursing and dementia care homes where the shift times vary. Common requests are - 6-hour shifts (a.m. or p.m.), 12-hour days and 12-hour waking night shifts. These shift patterns are a great way of getting the bulk of your hours in over fewer days and as a Healthcare Worker, you will get the pick of the bunch!

Work when you want, where you want - it's your choice!

We cover local establishments in Plymouth and some further afield too in the surrounding areas which include; Ivybridge, South Brent, Yelverton, Tavistock, Saltash Liskeard and Looe.

You can work flexible hours to suit your lifestyle AND, our holiday pay is paid in addition to the advertised hourly rate. With competitive pay rates and fabulous office support along with many other benefits we promise that you will not be disappointed!

Please note - Driving licence is beneficial but not always essential for local based work as public transport is widely accessible however it would be needed for work further afield.

We are proud to offer:

  • Competitive hourly rates
  • Weekly pay
  • Holiday pay - Earn as you work and claim it when you want
  • Flexible working
  • Free uniform
  • Employee Assistance Programme 24/7 365 days a year (fully confidential support)
  • 'Your Prestige' Benefits, discounts and rewards package
  • Working with a local team at a local branch
  • A variety of work matched to your skills and interests
  • Ongoing training and development

What we're looking for from you:

  • For Healthcare Assistant roles, we're looking for 6 months, 'hands on' paid experience in care
  • A full UK driving licence is essential for work further afield but not essential for local work as public transport is widely accessible
  • 2 professional references

We're also seeking people who are:

  • Passionate about providing care
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Have a 'hands on' and 'can do' attitude

We'd love you to join our team.
