An IT Helpdesk Analyst is now sought to work for an initial 3 months within a well known financial institution. Joining a busy support function, you will have a variety of reactive and proactive tasks to undertake. Supporting a large currently remote user base. The IT Helpdesk Analyst will deal with a variety of 1st line support issues.

The following experience is essential for the IT Helpdesk Analyst:

- Commercial 1st line IT support experience
- Commercial Microsoft desktop support
- Active Directory administration/housekeeping
- MS Outlook and ideally MS Teams support
- Excellent organisation and communication skills

This role will be fully remote and all equipment will be provided so that the successful IT Helpdesk Analyst can successfully work from home. A starting salary of GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 will be offered.

This role of IT Helpdesk Analyst will be offered initially as a 3 month fixed term contract with the potential of being extended beyond this.
