Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 + Excellent Benefits

An innovative software house that develops leading edge technology for the health and social care sectors requires an Automation Test/QA lead with the following:
* Strong experience of taking ownership of QA processes and continuous improvement of functional and non-functional testing within an agile team.
* Strong experience of integration testing, regression testing, automated testing, technical Testing, performance testing, stress/load testing and security testing.
* Experience of recruiting/coaching QA staff and managing and defining roles and responsibilities for the team.
* Experience of working closely with the Release Train Engineer and Scrum Master in coordinating ART / PI activities (SAFe Agile) for both onshore and offshore resources.
* Well versed in ensuring QA tracking and reporting is executed and evidenced to meet ISO9001 audit requirements.
