Store Manager
This is an exciting career opportunity to manage a new large Paint and Decorating store in Ipswich!
The new 10,000 sq ft store at 5 Trinity Street, Ipswich, has enabled the company to expand its painting and decorating, and glass stocks, as wellas to add a plumbing and heating department. There is also a specialist designer paints area. In addition the new site has a larger parking area and access is easier.
We have DECORATING, GLASS AND BUILDING CENTRES with diverse sites throughout Essex, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, Lincolnshire and Norfolk. They are able to meet the needs of the professional builder and decorator, and those of private customers too.
As the Branch Manager you will need a sound knowledge of the decorating industry with the tenacity to deliver objectives and achieve targets.
You must have strong management experience yet be happy to be hands on.
Applicants must have the ability to identify new market and product opportunities and provide excellent customer service. This will require good communication both internally and externally.
