AWS Engineer

We and one of our key technology partners have recently been awarded a high profile, long-term transformation programme to deliver new and innovative applications relating to forensics investigations and they require a Contract AWS Infrastructure Engineer to join the team. It's an exciting and industry-changing project! The programme requires a wide range of technical expertise to help build the secure applications and will change the way the governments forensic capability can incorporate software solutions.

The role will be based in Reading (RG7), but will most likely be working-from-home at the moment due to Covid. This will be a Contract AWS Engineer role, to start ASAP, flexible working hours and there is free parking onsite. There is only a 1 stage interview process and our partner moves very quickly with making decisions. Initial contract 3 months + strong likelihood of extension.

The preferred AWS individual will have skills around the creation of cloud-based solutions and familiarity with products such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform or Ansible.

• Must be willing to work in a relaxed open office environment
• Good organisational skills with the ability to be versatile if necessary
• An energetic and enthusiastic outlook on life
• Degree level education or equivalent
