Full Time (35 hours per week), Permanent

 

Our client is a value-orientated Housing Association working together to create communities where people want to live. They manage circa 5,500 homes over a wide geographical area and their residents include families, older people and those in need of special care and support.

 

You will assist and support the Property Services Officer in providing the Property Services Team with administrative support and deliver a customer focused and compliant service within set timescales and standards.

 

Your remit will cover addressing incoming queries, carrying out administration, monitoring and reporting activities for projects within the maintenance programme and providing assurance through the upkeep of data management systems, policies, processes and programmes.

 

The successful candidate should be a suitably qualified administrator with previous contract administration experience. You will be a highly efficient communicator with strong skills in relationship building and be able to showcase experience of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. The right person will be a problem solver, analytical, cope well working to strict deadlines, confident working independently and as part of a team and will be skilled at using Microsoft Office.
