Support Worker FEMALE ONLY Part Time - 22.5 hours

What will your job involve? Well, each day is different when you work at MacIntyre. You will be supporting young people or adults who have autism or a learning disability to live a life that makes sense to them.
Some people will require your assistance with intimate care or medication. They can display challenging behaviour and need help to manage their emotions and conduct. We will provide you with full training and back-up from our specialist teams and your colleagues
You will need to be a driver with a current manual driving licence.
Whatever your role, we all work together to celebrate each person's unique gifts, talents and contributions.
What we need from you
You don't need experience, as we provide a full induction and free training programme. What's important is that you share our values, have a positive approach and are willing to learn.
