Work in an IT company Specialising in web solutions, telecommunications and IT support, who are now expanding their team and have opened up an exciting opportunity for an individual to learn, develop and progress within the organisation.

As an apprentice, you will be providing IT Support for clients, performing onsite installations & repairs with the full support of a senior technician.

Roles & Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to)

• Telecoms/IT support
• Monitoring PC services/repairs
• Onsite installations/repairs
• 1st Line Support
• Server support & maintenance
• Troubleshooting & diagnostics

• Someone who is organized
• Confident
• Willing to learn
• Quick learner
• Good communication skills
• Basic awareness in IT
• Passionate about IT

Salary, Hours & Benefits

• Monday - Friday (09:00am - 17:30pm)
• 30 minute lunch break
• GBP9,750 per annum
• 20 Holidays + Bank holidays.
